Every day I try to live my life in a mindful way and treat others as I want to be treated. As we are rounding the corner to November 1st and Thanksgiving, I like to use this month as a “check in” with myself. A friend of mine, posted this “Give it Forward” chart on Facebook, and I loved it (except for #4 – no one wants me to sing) Very simply, but meaningful tasks that we all can do to bring a smile to someones face, make their day a little brighter and bring joy to others, as well as yourself. Starting November 1st, I will give it a try. The items might be out of order, but I will try completing all (or a version of them) and write about it along the way. Who wants to join in?
